Research Carried out in the buffer zone of Royal Chitwan National Park on “Socio-economic significance of biodiversity conservation activities in the buffer zone area, Chitwan” with financial and technical assistance of BISEP-ST, Kathmandu.
Conducted a case study and prepared report in “effectiveness of applied countermeasures in water induced disaster in Pipaltar area Nuwakot District” from WIDPD / JICA, Pulchowk, Lalitpur

International Participation

 

First participant to be selected for Youth Environment Summit (YES) from Nepal held in Switzerland, (Aug, 17-31, 2002). Organized By Alliance for Global Sustainability (AGS), an Organization of International Partnership of World's Top Universities.
Technical paper presentation in International Conference on Security and sustainability of Water Resources on the topic "effectiveness of applied counter measures in water induced disaster in Pipaltar area, Nuwakot District” organized by SEEP from 28-30 Nov.2004, Nepal.

Award and Appreciation

 

First prize in debate competition on Infrastructure vs Environment Development, conducted by Society of Public Health Engineers Association Nepal (SOPHEN)-2003.
First prize in debate competition on Environment vs Economics, conducted by SchEMS on 5 th June 2003.
Awarded and appreciated with Rs. 5000 cash from Gyan Niketan S E School two times for extra work performance in allocated teaching subject matter for SLC level. (All the studenta secured more than 70% marks).
