Planning and Communication

Planning is an advance workout to do something and is necessary for the success of any project. Communicating and sharing ideas, information, and messages with other concerned parties is also needy things but is felt lacking in Nepalese context. For environmental enhancement and sustainable development, information and ideas have to be shared among the concerned parties/stakeholders.

Friends of Nature (FON) is an NGO devoted for the betterment of environment and research is its' prime focus. With the intention of better communications of research outputs, ideas and information, it has established a separate wing i.e. Planning and Communication.

The objectives of planning and communication section are:

• To act as an advocating body of FON
• To make detail arrangements of action which is going to be implemented
• To communicate with different stakeholders about environmental concerns
• To work along with other programs of FON
