Members of FON had supported to disseminate the NEIA guidelines by conducting one day workshop on National EIA guidelines in three different municipalities Lahan, Gorkha and Ilam. Executives of the municipalities, local NGO and INGO, service providers and private institutions working on the field of solid waste management participated in the workshop. The workshop was conducted to highlight the need of EIA on solid waste management in municipalities for proper management of solid waste and sustainable development.
